My name is Crissi Brooks, and I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I have worked with people of all ages from many different backgrounds. I offer evaluation, diagnosis, and treatments including medications for many different mental health issues including trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. People describe me as down-to-earth and kind. I am passionate about mental health and want to help you on your journey towards holistic well-being.
My compassionate approach embraces the diversity of mental health experiences by offering a supportive environment where my patients can find new avenues of growth and healing. My goal is to foster transformative changes that ripple through individuals, families, and communities, resulting in collective healing.

Carlene MacMillan, M.D.
Carlene MacMillan, M.D., is a Harvard-trained board-certified adult, adolescent and child psychiatrist and the VP of Clinical Innovation at Osmind, a platform that enables clinicians to deliver breakthrough mental health treatments. She is the Co-Chair of the Clinical TMS Society Insurance Committee and the Co-Chair of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Consumer Issues Committee. Dr.MacMillan is also a member of the Ketamine Taskforce for Access to Safe Care and Insurance Coverage. She participates in real world evidence and post-marketing studies of transcranial magnetic stimulation and esketamine. She is extensively trained in Mentalization Based Treatment and applies it in individual, group therapy, family and team/systems settings.

While ketamine sessions are in person, the vast majority of appointments are conducted over telehealth. There are clinical circumstances where an in-person appointment is required and we work with patients and families around these decisions.
At this time, we are out-of-network with insurance plans in order to provide the quality and type of care that we can stand behind. In parallel, we advocate at the national level for increasing mental health parity and accessibility to quality mental health care and hope to in the future to be able to work in a more aligned way with all stakeholders. Meanwhile, we do provide “superbills” for out-of-network reimbursement for covered services if your plan has this benefit (e.g. a PPO plan) and are happy to provide guidance regarding plan selection. Our technology partner, Osmind, can also submit these superbills to insurance companies on your behalf if your prefer
